The Ben Boyd walking track near Eden takes you to two lookouts with great views - one over the Pacific Ocean and the other over Twofold Bay. If you’re there during whale watching season you might see whales performing their ocean acrobatics in Twofold Bay. At the appropriately named Red Point, just below Boyds Tower, you get a stunning view of the coastline. The red colour of the rock formations here is caused by iron oxide and is breathtaking when hit by early morning sunlight.
